I've never thought of myself as a flower- I'm not exactly delicate. A weed? Nah, not THAT obnoxious and intrusive. But a house plant? And one that is known for its butterfly-looking markings and shape? I like it. That's fitting for who I am- I love the meaning of "home" and the symbolism associated with butterflies has increasingly become fitting for the changes in my life. I'm happy to share my namesake with this lovely species.
